More flexible organisations

Flexible work opportunities have a wide range of benefits (especially in this VUCA environment), for all members of an organisation, regardless of rank. 

Some of the characteristics of flexible organisations are: 

  • Improvements in adapting the hiring model, adjusting it to the company’s reality at that moment, reducing risk. 
  • Cost reduction. An employee that works from home one day a week will have more money in their pocket come the end of the month, as they do not have to commute to the workplace, and, besides, the company will also notice a cost reduction due to a decrease in the use of office supplies. 
  • Improved quality of life and work-life balance. 
  • Increased productivity. Allowing employees to establish their own schedule will translate into better results for the organisation, due to the employee’s approach and concentration level.
