In&nbsp;<strong>Spain<\/strong>, CEU San Pablo decided to include the&nbsp;<strong>PDA Assessment<\/strong>&nbsp;in the welcome pack from the very first day of classes, ensuring that each student begins their journey with a behavioral diagnosis to guide them. As \u00c1ngel Bartolom\u00e9, Vice Rector of Students, explains: \u201cIt is a tool that accompanies each student throughout their entire career and provides tutors and professors with a guide to orient them towards employability.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In&nbsp;<strong>Argentina<\/strong>, different approaches show the versatility of the tool. Marcelo Conrero, Pro-Rector of Territorial Development, defines it as \u201ceducation for real employability, in time and territory.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In&nbsp;<strong>Mexico<\/strong>, the range of applications is equally broad.&nbsp;<strong>Aliat Universidades<\/strong>, with more than 50,000 students, developed the&nbsp;<strong>Empl\u00e9ate y Emprende<\/strong>&nbsp;program, which connects behavioral profiles with job opportunities and entrepreneurial projects. As Yuriria Mijares explains: \u201cEvery employability and entrepreneurship path is backed by PDA, which allows students to take safe steps toward professional development.\u201d<br>At the same time, the&nbsp;<strong>Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey<\/strong>&nbsp;takes the tool into the corporate world, integrating it into consulting and executive programs. For Crist\u00f3bal Gait\u00e1n, the value lies in transformation: \u201cBeyond detecting gaps, we aim to help organizations discover their potential with objective data.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, in&nbsp;<strong>Colombia<\/strong>, the&nbsp;<strong>Universidad CES<\/strong>&nbsp;uses PDA in the last semesters of study to prepare students for their transition into professional internships.
