An employee that works from home one day a week will have more money in their pocket come the end of the month, as they do not have to commute to the workplace, and, besides, the company will also notice a cost reduction due to a decrease in the use of office supplies.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Improved quality of life and work-life balance.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Increased productivity.
