On the other hand, we think of \u201cwork environment\u201d as the set of qualities, traits or characteristics that are relatively permanent in a specific work environment and which are perceived, felt or experienced by the people who make up the organisation, while also influencing their behaviour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work environment is directly linked to productivity, commitment and, as a result, to a good leadership style. The organisational environment, in a way, is made up of the actions of each person that is part of the company. Bearing in mind that each of the actions that those people take will have an impact on the organisation, we believe that appropriately motivating people to perform their tasks by tending to their needs will have a positive impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leadership management has an important role in the creation of a good or bad environment. The significance of the leaders\u2019 role is such, that <strong>international studies suggest that 76% of the companies link good leadership to the increase in productivity in an organisation.<\/strong> Leadership is a powerful driving force to create a work environment that is aligned with the needs of the people.
