by Paola Albornoz

It is time to pause and look at what we’ve gone through in a year that we won’t be able to forget!

In this post we want to share the collaborations that had the greatest reach; different subjects, but focused in sharing information and updated data in this reinvention and adaptation process that 2020 required from us.

We hope you enjoy it!

  1. The Future of Work: 6 Trends That Will Change the World of Work After Covid-19

In the context of this pandemic, it is undeniable that the world of work will not be the same, and everything indicates that some changes are here to stay.

This interesting work by Randstad presents: Social distancing protocols and guidelines, remote work, less mobility regarding traveling, meetings and events, impact on reputation and employer brand, and greater incidence of freelance work and goal-oriented work will be some of the main issues emerging in the world of work after Covid-19.

2-How to lead a remote team effectively

3-War for talent after COVID-19

Politicians often use “big words” in their speeches. Whenever a change in society requires a bit more efforts, they call it a battle, and in times of emergency, they are immediately at war with something or someone. Well, this very political rhetoric has moved into the business world, so we in HR ended up with the WAR FOR TALENTS!

4-Digital leadership beyond technology

With the constant evolution and arrival of new technologies to our lives, we have felt the need to find new ways to learn, meet people, communicate, monitor our health, sell and buy, among others. In the same way companies had to adapt to electricity over one hundred years ago to be more efficient and not fall behind the competition, now companies and their leaders must find a new way to make the most out of digital transformation in order to manage their teams through technology, with the organisation’s goals in mind, and develop digital leaders who can help inspire employees to achieve results.

5- What can we do against stress and anxiety?

Crisis situations, whether personal or social, bring about a sudden change in our habits. Our behaviours and the activities we are used to doing without even thinking can change at any time.

In some cases, we do not have control over the situation; it is an external factor that alters our lives. But we can always control the way we act (or react) when faced with these situations.
